Streszczenie

W artykule poruszono kwestię szacowania niepewności pomiarowych w badaniach wypadków drogowych, zwrócono także uwagę na wymogi stawiane laboratoriom badawczym przez organizacje standaryzacyjne (w szczególności ISO). Wskazano metody określania niepewności, ich podstawowe źródła, zasady prezentowania wyników obliczeń. Podano także kilka przykładów obliczeń różnych rodzajów zdarzeń z uwzględnieniem niepewności.

Summary

The article touches upon the question of uncertainty of measurements in traffic accidents investigation, as well as requirements of standarisation organizations (particularly ISO). Basic methods of uncertainty calculation are described, as well as the sources of uncertainty, and the rules of results presentation. Some examples of various calculations containing uncertainty estimation are demonstrated.
