Streszczenie

Badania autentyczności testamentów bywają znacznie utrudnione ze względu na występujące w nich zniekształcenia spowodowane podeszłym wiekiem lub chorobą testatora oraz problemy z uzyskaniem odpowiedniego materiału porównawczego. Celem opracowania jest zwrócenie uwagi pismoznawców na dodatkowe możliwości badawcze, jakie stwarza występowanie w testamencie oznak emocji piszącego. Zdaniem autorki, jednoczesne występowanie tych oznak w kilku warstwach pisma (graficznej, językowej, treściowej lub technicznej) stanowi argument silnie przemawiający za autentycznością testamentu. Założenie to znalazło wstępne potwierdzenie w praktyce: oznaki emocji w różnych warstwach pisma wystąpiły w 8 z 45 zbadanych testamentów autentycznych i ani razu w 10 zbadanych testamentach podrobionych.

Summary

The testament authentication examinations sometimes are considerable difficult, due to occurence of distortions caused by old age or disease of testator and problems with obtaining appropriate known writing specimens. The aim of this paper is to draw the handwriting experts attention to additional examination possibilities created by the signs of writer's emotions occurence in testament. In the author's opinion, simultaneous occurence of these signs in several layers of handwriting (graphical, linguistic, contentual, technical), is a strong argument providing for testament authenticity. That presumption has found a preliminary confirmation in practice: the signs of emotions in several handwriting layers occurred in 8 out of 45 examined genuine testaments, which was not the case in 10 examined forged testaments.
