Autor polemizuje z artykułem J. Widackiego, który twierdzi, że technika badań poligraficznych, oparta na testach CQ, nie ma gorszej podbudowy naukowej od techniki opartej na testach CIT i że ma ona nie gorszą wartość diagnostyczną od techniki CIT. Na potwierdzenie tezy przeciwnej są prezentowane poglądy autorów, a także wyniki licznych badań laboratoryjnych oraz przeprowadzonych w autentycznych sprawach karnych.

Summary

The Author undertakes the polemics with of the article of Jan Widacki, who maintains that a CIT based Polygraph technique is not inferior scientifically from CIT based technique and represents no lower diagnostic value than CIT. n order to prove the opposite thesis, views of authors are presented along with the results of a series of laboratory studies and the ones conducted in real criminal cases.
